Questions

What do you need to activate a licence?

Your trading account number and your broker server name, both visible in the Navigator panel of your terminal. We never ask for your trading password or investor password, and no TradingVAI page or email will ever request one.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

Activations are per trading account, not per computer. The same account on a second machine does not consume another activation.

Do I get the source code?

No. MetaTrader products ship as compiled .ex5 files. That is standard for commercial indicators and is what keeps the product from being redistributed.

Nothing appears after I apply the template.

Almost always missing history: load more bars on the chart and give the higher-timeframe reads a moment to populate. If it persists, check the Experts and Journal tabs for load errors and send us what you see.
